Aron Turney - Founder
Aron Turney is a PPR Certified Pickleball Coach and USA Pickleball Ambassador. Pickle With Purpose was born out of his love of people and passion for pickleball. Pickleball is not just about the game, but it's about the community and building relationships. He hopes his story will inspire others to be their best on and off the court.
"I have been playing PB for over 6 years. I came to know the game in the midst of the darkest part of my life, a long separation that ended in a divorce. This time was very difficult for me, because I wanted nothing more than to keep my family together. I fell into deep depression, went through various stages of grief, then I hit a very low point in my life and even contemplated ending it.
I have said this to many people, 'I do not know where I would be without pickleball - the game, the people, and the communities I have been a part of. Pickleball truly changed and saved my life'.
As soon as I understood the game I started encouraging others to play. I have had the opportunity to share this wonderful game with many people, hoping that it has brought much joy to their lives, as it has mine.
Not only do I bring my passion for the game, I also bring an array of life experiences to share with everyone, hoping that through them I may be able to help someone grow through their journey."
